• Quote and contact requests: your name, email, country, phone (if you give it), your message, and the car and wheel build you configured.
• Warranty claims: your name, email, order number, wheel model, purchase date, the dealer, mileage and your description of the issue.
• Technical data: your IP address, used for a few minutes to stop form spam, and the standard request logs of our hosting provider.
• Anonymous usage: which pages are viewed and which configurator steps are used (a design chosen, a request sent), where a visit came from, the type of device and the country. No names, emails or phone numbers, and your IP address is not stored.
• Technical error reports: when something on the site breaks, a description of the error, the page, the browser and the device. Emails and phone numbers are removed before a report leaves the site, and what you type into a form is never part of one.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies: usage measurement and error reports work without cookies. The site sets one functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, that remembers the language you chose; it holds nothing else. The configurator saves your build in your own browser (local storage) so it is there when you come back; it is not sent to us until you send a request, and you can clear it in your browser at any time.

• To prepare and send you a quote, answer your message and, if you order, make and deliver your wheels: steps you ask for before and under a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To handle warranty claims and keep the records accounting and consumer law require (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To keep the site secure and free of spam (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To know how the site is used and to hear about errors before you do: anonymous usage measurement and error reports (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we only send you marketing if you ask for it.

• Vercel Inc. hosts the website.
• Resend delivers the emails the forms send to us and to you.
• Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia, servers in the EU) measures anonymous usage without cookies.
• Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) receives technical error reports.
• Our database provider, where requests are stored for follow-up.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards they offer under EU law: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within three years of our last contact. For orders and warranty claims we keep what accounting and consumer law require, for as long as they require it.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to info@dmstylingwheels.com; we answer within one month.

You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
