Terms of sale
Nothing is ordered or paid for on this website. You configure a set and send it to us; we confirm the fitment and send you a written quote. These terms explain what happens from there.

02How an order is made
You send us a build from the configurator, the contact page or by phone. We check that it fits the car you describe and reply with a written quote: the exact set, finish, price, payment terms and delivery time.
The contract is made when you accept that quote and we confirm your order in writing. Until then, either of us can change or withdraw anything.
03Prices
Prices on this website are for a set of four wheels, in Czech crowns (CZK), shown without VAT, with the price including 21% VAT next to it. Forged sets are priced by diameter; flow-formed and cast sets in stock have one price per set.
Your quote can differ from the price shown where your build includes options priced separately, such as special finishes, multi-piece construction, accessories, fitting or delivery. The price in your confirmed order is the one that applies.
04Made-to-order wheels
Forged wheels are made to your specification: size, width, offset, bolt pattern and finish. Because they are made for you, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply to them (§ 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code). Please check your build carefully before you accept the quote.
05Sets in stock
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase of a set in stock within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us in writing at info@dmstylingwheels.com. Return the wheels unmounted and undamaged; we refund the price within 14 days of receiving them. You pay the cost of returning them.
06Fitment
We confirm fitment for the car you tell us about, using its factory data. If your car has been modified (brakes, suspension, body or hubs), tell us before you accept the quote. Wheels should be fitted by a professional tyre or wheel shop, with the bolts torqued to the vehicle maker's value.
07Warranty and defects
Every set is covered by our warranty. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights for defects (24 months from delivery) apply in addition to it.
08Disputes
These terms are governed by Czech law. If we cannot settle a complaint together, consumers can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, adr.coi.cz) for out-of-court resolution.
