How a claim works

  1. 01

    Contact us first

Before any shop touches the wheel. Repairs by a non-certified shop void the structural and finish warranties.

  2. 02

    Submit the claim

The form below takes a few minutes. Have your order number to hand.

  3. 03

    Send photos

We email you a list: the wheel face, the defect close up, the date stamp on the back, and the car.

  4. 04

    Review

Every claim is reviewed within 2 business days. A structural case may need an inspection, adding up to 5 more.
